Friends of Lower Hardres & Nackington
The Friends of Lower Hardres & Nackington is a volunteer-led community group that brings people together through social events and village celebrations. The group aims to strengthen community spirit by organising inclusive, family-friendly events that encourage neighbours to meet, connect and enjoy village life together.
In recent years, the Friends have organised successful events such as the Platinum Jubilee Big Lunch in 2022 and the King & Queen Consort Coronation Celebration in 2023, held at the village hall. These popular gatherings have featured live music, food, children’s activities, competitions and raffles supporting local businesses.
